Embodied Practice
Beginning in May, enjoy a course in active relaxation to release stress and cultivate inner balance. On-going sessions meet weekly, outdoors in one of the region’s top gardens, and combine yoga, tai chi, meditation, and gentle movement.
Sessions are 1 hour long
Cost $15 per session (or $65 for 5)
Participants should bring their own yoga mat
Being Mindful
Beginning in May, learn to cultivate a sense of spaciousness, calm, and presence in your life through this 8 week course in living mindfully. Each class provides active practice as well as skill building. Learners will leave each session feeling more relaxed and better prepared for the week ahead. Space is limited and sessions are in-person.
